| It performs the following duties and responsibilities |
1.Securing (image and audio) communication with other oil sites that include the
Miistry center, Al-Dora Refinery,Baiji oil Institute and Kirkuk Oil Institute. |
| 2.Providing Internet service for participants in e-learning courses. |
| 3.Managing e-learning courses in the style of video conferencing. |
| 4.Managing and conducting electronic exams . |
5.Management and Maintenance of servers and terminal computers.

| B: Moodle Staff. |
| It performs the following duties and responsibilities:- |
| 1.Managing the content of electronic courses synchronously (video conference) through the program moodle |
| 2.Managing the content of electronic courses asynchronously (online) distance learning(during and after official working hours. |
