Specialized in gas and electric welding technology

Objective: To graduate students holding a technical diploma in gas and electric welding technology, i.e. (welder technician). Works in companies and oil departments.
The division consists of the following workshops and laboratories: |

1.Manual ARC welding workshop: |
| Contain welding machine and equipment that’s necessary for training mechanical student section. |
| 2.Submerge and manual ARC welding workshop:Contain submerge ARC welding machine and manual metal welding machine and all equipment's necessary for training second year students in welding Section

3.Gas welding workshop:
Contain all equipment that needs for oxy-acetylene welding process and different types of cutting methods for training first year students in welding section. |

4.TIG, MIG welding workshop: |

Contain tungsten inert gas welding machine and metal inert gas welding machine |
|
Used for training welding students second stage. |
|
Contain (3) welding simulator working in different types of welding process used for |
| training second stage for welding students. |
